Article 1: Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Your access to and use of the Service constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Usage.

Article 2: Scope and Professional Use

2.1 The Service is intended exclusively for duly accredited tax professionals. The Service is not intended for individuals who are not professionally accredited to provide tax advice.

2.2 The Service incorporates artificial intelligence (AI) features for research assistance purposes. Taxeo disclaims all liability for the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of AI-generated responses.

2.3 Users are required to independently verify all information provided by the AI before using it in a professional context. Use of the Service by non-professionals is at their own risk.

Article 3: General Use

3.1 The Service is provided for professional tax research and analysis. You agree to use the Service in good faith and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Article 4: Prohibited Activities

4.1 You are expressly prohibited from using any automated means, including but not limited to bots, spiders, or scrapers, to access, query, or otherwise collect data from the Service.

4.2 You shall not attempt to interfere with, compromise the security of, or gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or user data.

4.3 The use of any data or content from the Service for malicious, unlawful, or competitive purposes is strictly forbidden.

Article 5: Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1 The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Taxeo does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5.2 Taxeo disclaims all warranties of suitability for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of using the Service.

5.3 Taxeo is not responsible for your or any third-party's infrastructure, including hardware, software, and internet connectivity.

Article 6: Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taxeo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or costs arising from transmission errors, system failures, or the unavailability of the Service.

6.2 You are responsible for ensuring your systems meet the technical and functional requirements necessary to use the Service.
